Annual Reports

Annual reporting requirements for the MS4 NPDES Permit are in Part V. Sections C-E of the Permit. These sections of the Permit refer to Rule 62-624.600 F.A.C. for report preparation requirements. The FDEP now requires the use of the tabular Annual Report Form (ARF). Blank, tailored annual report forms for each co-permittee are available here.

Certification of the ARF must be in accordance with Rule 62.620.305 F.A.C.

The permit must be submitted within 6 months of the end of the reporting cycle.

The ARF must be submitted withing 6 months of the end of the reporting cycle.

The Permit requires that records be retained in accordance with Rule 62-620.350 F.A.C.(generally three years).
