Annual Reports
Annual reporting requirements for the MS4 NPDES Permit are in Part V. Sections C-E of the Permit. These sections of the Permit refer to Rule 62-624.600 F.A.C. for report preparation requirements. The FDEP now requires the use of the tailored Annual Report Form (ARF).
Certification of the ARF must be in accordance with Rule 62.620.305 F.A.C.
The permit must be submitted within 6 months of the end of the reporting cycle.
The Permit requires that records be retained in accordance with Rule 62-620.350 F.A.C.(generally three years).
The PBC NPDES group submits all co-permittee annual reports together with a joint annual report.
