Flood Control Projects

The permit program related to Flood Control Projects is straightforward.

• The permittee must maintain a list of stormwater capital improvement projects, including any retrofit projects to add water quality to an existing project.
• Any stormwater capital improvement projects that do not include a water quality improvement component must be reported in an attachment to the subsequent annual report.
