Permit
The Palm Beach County Third term MS4 NPDES permit was issued on March 2, 2011. You can download the permit here. On April 18, 2011 FDEP provided changes to the MS4 permit which can be downloaded here.
On January 28, 2013 the Cycle 3 MS4 permit was modified. These modifications covered monitoring, reporting, stormwater discharge compliance (TMDLs), and annual report revisions. These changes can be downloaded here:
