This website has been authorized by the Palm Beach County MS4 NPDES (PBC NPDES) Steering Committee as a resource for all permittees within the county. Permit Component - Municipal Waste Treatment, Storage, and Disposal (MWTSD) Facilities

  • Permittees must maintain a list (updated annually) of all MWTSD facilities within its MS4 contributing area.
  • Permittees must have written procedures describing the inspection of the facilities and the implementation of measures to control discharges from those facilities.
